Dear Mr Smith,

Ref. A03 OCR Nationals

My son Seth comfortably handed in his A01 and A02 on time and is currently working on his AO3.  According to the information shown in the information booklet provided his A03 is not due in until January 2012 and yet he seems to be under the impression that this should he handed in now. Would you be good enough to clarify this? My wife and I would prefer him to complete this in the same detail as for A01 and A02. We have discussed the next section of this work and have made a plan for him to complete it by January. Please see the outline plan attached.

Should you wish to contact me I am generally available on the above number.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Stanton

I have started working on this and will be finishing the Intro sections this weekend. I will be sorting out all my photos, certificates, tropheys and medals and shall photograph and get them into my project too.

Having a go

Hi everybody, I have been doing my typing up on judo throws and other skills but the main thing that I would like to tell you about is that I having been playing Bowls. Bowls is not as hard as it looks, to be good at it you need to concentrate very hard and get a good swing on the bowl.  If you do not do this then you will find it very hard to get it right. My problems were getting the bias curl to the right angle. I also played on indoor carpet bowls instead of normal inside bowls. This was because the bowls moved a lot faster than anticipated and ended up in the bunker, this was very frustrating.

Half way there (kind of)

Hi again it is me talking about the progress I have made on my OCR Sport. As by the title you can see that I am half way there, well kind of. I have finished my swimming section and my judo and have just started my bowls section I hope this one wont be as hard as the others.

Getting Started

Yesterday I printed out how to get on to this blog, AO1, Unit 6 Sport Skills-Introduction and Learning outcomes. I decided on which sports I was going to study. I started off with bowls, javlin and trampolining for my choices but I changed the javlin to swimming and the trampolining to Judo because I now have three sports that I enjoy taking part in.

Today I have planned out the swimming and the bowls outline and I am going to start on the swimming one today I will let you know how it goes. Seth
